Result of Annual General Meeting

The club’s Annual General Meeting of shareholders was held at Blackwell Meadows on Thursday 25th January. In addition to representatives of the majority shareholder, Darlington Football Club Supporters Group, there were 20 shareholders present. In total, shareholders in attendance represented 83% of the total votes available to be cast.

Resolutions were voted upon by way of poll, so one vote for every share held. Resolutions included receipt of the accounts to 30 June 2017, the re-appointment of David Johnston and John Tempest as directors, and the approval to grant new shares to DFCSG in return for cash. All resolutions were passed unanimously.

The accounts will be available to everyone once the signed versions have been filed at Companies House.
