Quakers set up Under 23 team

Quakers will be running an Under 23 team in the third division of the Wearside League in the new season.
The club has decided to form an Under 23 team, with Grant Cuthbertson as manager, which will help players progress towards the first team in the National League after they have worked their way through the youth section. The team will have close relationships with the academy and the first team.
The aim is to help players develop and make the step from youth football to adult football, and hopefully one or two might be good enough for the National League North squad.
Matches will be played on the 3G at Eastbourne on Saturday afternoons.
