The club's Chief Executive Officer, David Johnston, sends out a notice to shareholders,  in which he explains how the club is completing the formalities of this year's AGM.

There has already been a virtual AGM in February at which the accounts were received, directors re-elected and authority given to issue new shares.

The formalities of that AGM are now going to be completed at a meeting on the 7th June, but with the bare minimum of attendees because of Covid restrictions. Instead, proxy forms are available to cast your vote, as below.

The club would like to thank all shareholders for their understanding during these difficult times, which hopefully, will be overcome before the league season starts on 14th August.
