Job vacancy: Hospitality administrator

DFC have an excellent opportunity to help the club with the matchday experience managing match day hospitality for guests, sponsors and VIPs.

We’re looking for somebody who will manage our hospitality booking system, liaise with our customers and represent the club as 'front of house' to guests, sponsors & VIPs. 

This voluntary position will suit somebody who has excellent communication skills and is computer literate.

The successful applicant, who will report to the Operations, Commercial & Community Consultant, will be expected to:

 

  1. Represent the club and welcome guests, sponsors & VIPs
  2. Maintain the club’s hospitality database by taking and entering bookings
  3. Liaise with the caterer and bar staff on the day to ensure timely service and value
  4. Communicate with our customers both verbally and via email and phone
  5. Liaise with other functions in the club eg Media, commercial, Directors
  6. Hours are estimated to be about 8 hours per month.
  7. The successful applicant will not be required to attend hospitality on matchdays but this would be a great advantage

Prior experience of hospitality or a desire to progress a career in the same would be advantageous, but above all we are seeking someone with the natural skills to do this role and who is passionate about our club.
