Emirates FA Cup second round draw -- it's Bristol Rovers

Second round ties drawn tonight

The second round of the Emirates FA Cup was drawn on Monday night, and we have been drawn at Bristol Rovers from League One, where they are 15th in the table.

We played Rovers in the first round back in November 2010 and beat them 2-1 at the Arena, before losing to York in the next round.

This will be the second successive round in which we've played a League One side, as we beat Swindon Town in the first round last Saturday.

The last time we played Rovers in a league game was in 2007, when we won 2-1 at the Memorial Ground with goals by Gregg Blundell and Micky Cummins. Darlo boss Alun Armstrong played in the game!

The game is due to be played on the weekend of 27th to 30th November.

Confirmation of the fixture and whether it will be a TV pick will follow later. If the game is a TV pick, then unfortunately we won't be able to show the game on Quaker TV at all as per FA rules.

There are likely to be 16 games chosen for TV coverage.
