On the FA Cup trail

Darlington take on Gainsborough for a place in the fourth qualifying round of the FA Cup on Saturday.

Quakers beat West Didsbury and Chorlton to reach this stage, but Gainsborough started a round earlier, and have beaten Telford and Grantham in the competition so far.

Gainsborough play in the NPL Premier Division, and are managed by former Scunthorpe boss Stuart Wilcox. He coached Steve Watson when they were both at Sheffield Wednesday.
