Darlington sign striker Kit Elliott from Huddersfield

Former England under 16 international signs

Darlington have today signed striker Kit Elliott on loan from Huddersfield Town.

Kit, who is 18 later this month, was in the Academies at Chelsea and Crystal Palace before signing a two year deal with Huddersfield in July last year. He has also been capped by England Under 16s.

He has played regularly for their Under 19 team this season, scoring twice in 15 matches.

We would like to welcome Kit to the club, and wish him a successful stay with us.

With our other loan signing today, Ben Jackson, the club now has six loan players, but can only name five on the matchday teamsheet.

Kit is looking forward to playing for Quakers -- he spoke to the official website
