The club is holding its Annual General Meeting at the Blackwell Grange Hotel (not Blackwell Meadows) this Friday night (27th January), beginning at 6.30 pm.
Amongst other items, shareholders will be asked to vote on the re-appointment of the directors, the change of playing name back to "Darlington" (so long as the FA approves this), and various legal approvals which allow the board to issue new shares to the Supporters Club in return for moneys that it raises to fund the club. The formal accounts to the end of June 2016 will also be tabled.
All applications for admission cards should have been received by 5pm (today) Wednesday.
