Given the weather forecast from Thursday night through to Saturday we are planning to cover the pitch at 2pm on Thursday afternoon (change of time from 6pm) and remove the pitch covers at 9am on Saturday morning ahead of our match against Spennymoor Town.
 
The more people who come down to help at Blackwell Meadows the quicker we will be able to complete the job. Similarly on Saturday morning when removing the covers. It is expected to take no more than 2 hours each session, less if we have over 10 people to assist.

Needless to say, you don’t have to be available for both sessions, if you can only help at one or the other, that is absolutely fine.
